Interested in becoming a indoor retail vendor at CarFest 2023?
What you should expect at CarFest:
We have four different booth sizes and prices:

10' x 10' - $350

10' x 20' - $750
-
10' x 10' + Custom - $1250
-
20' x 20' - $2500
Is electricity required?
No, but if you need electricity for your booth we do provide it for an additional fee of $75.
Number of people in attendance in 2022:
8,000+ attendees
Number of people in attendance in 2019:
13,000 + attendees
Number of people in attendance in 2018:
12,000 + attendees
Retail booth hours*
Friday: 6 - 9 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
*An employee/representative must be present at the booth during retail booth operating hours.
Booths can only be set-up Friday from 9:00AM - 4:30PM and must remain set-up until Sunday at 6:30PM.
(NO early move-outs)
Steps to become a CarFest Vendor
1. Fill out our Retail Area Reservation Form (below)
2. Get application approved by CarFest Admin
3. Read & Sign Rules & Regulations Contract
4. Pay 25% deposit at the time of your form submission
5. Pay Retail Booth in full on or before March 1, 2023
6. Prepare for CarFest 2023

25% Deposit Payments & Full Payments can be made electronically by clicking on the “Pay Now” button at the bottom of the page or in your PayPal account to finance@carfestsa.org
Please ensure you are making the correct payment. Premium booth spaces are first-come, first-serve.
If you are unsure of what counts as a premium booth, please email admin@carfestsa.org for clarification.
*All payments made to CarFest SA are non-refundable.
Once your application is approved, we will send you a
General Rules & Regulations Contract to complete.
