What to Expect at CarFest:
Number of people in attendance in 2019:
13,000 + attendees
Retail booth hours*
Friday: 6 - 9 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
(6 p.m. breakdown)
Booths can only be set-up Friday from 9:09 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. and must remain set up until Sunday at 6 p.m.
(NO early move-outs). All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Steps to become a CarFest Vendor
1. Fill out our Young Entreprenuer Form (below)
2. Get application approved by CarFest Admin
3. Read & Sign Rules & Regulations Contract
4. Pay 25% deposit at the time of your form submission
5. Pay Retail Booth in full on or before March 1, 2023
6. Prepare for CarFest 2023

Please ensure you are making the correct payment. Premium booth spaces are first-come, first-serve.
