TEENS can win a free car!

 CarFest's New Driver Program is back! If you are a teen that is turning 15-17 years old in 2024*, you can participate in this program. A short workshop where an automotive pro will teach you some need-to-know things about your vehicle, a driving simulator, rules of the road from SAPD, cool prizes, and a chance to win a FREE CAR!
