Non-Profit Booths at Carfest
Interested in becoming a non-profit vendor at CarFest 2024?



New this year, we are offering any 501(c) 3 organization- including churches, associations, school groups, etc, a space at CarFest for only $150. That includes have a 6 foot table and 2 chairs in our community hall where there will be a stage and over a dozen local acts performing every half hour. The hall will be lively and fun and feature a comedy show, children's choir, dance performances, athletics and more. Also in the hall is our Young Entreprenuer's Market and Artisan Market.
Non-Proft Booth Hours*
Friday: 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
*An employee/representative must be present at the booth during booth operating hours.
Booths can only be set-up Friday, April 5th from 9am- 4:30pm and must remain set-up until Sunday at 6:30pm.
(No early move-outs)
Steps to become a CarFest Vendor
1. Fill out our Non-Profit Reservation Form (below)
2. Get application approved by CarFest Admin
3. Read & Sign Rules & Regulations Contract
4. Pay Non-Profit Booth in full ($150) on or before March 15, 2024
5. Prepare for CarFest 2024

Please ensure you are making the correct payment. Premium booth spaces are first-come, first-serve.
If you are unsure of what counts as a premium booth, please email admin@carfestsa.org for clarification.
*All payments made to CarFest SA are non-refundable.
Once your application is approved, we will send you a
General Rules & Regulations Contract to complete.
