About CarFest
Carfest is the largest automotive charity festival in Texas and includes 10 car giveaways, 25 repairs, retail booths, live music, comedy, and more.
Hours
Friday: 6pm - 11pm
Saturday: 10am - 11pm
Sunday: 10am - 6pm
*must commit to all three days.
Parent or guardian must be present*

APPLICATION PROCESS
BECOMING A CARFEST YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR IS AN EASY THREE-STEP PROCESS!
1. Complete our application form at carfestsa.org (click under vendors)
2. Submit your $50 payment by 3/15/24
3. Get your products ready and start thinking about your pricing, table design, & designing your table in an eye-catching way!
*All payments made to CarFest SA are non-refundable.
Once your application is approved, we will send you a
General Rules & Regulations Contract to complete.
