What you should expect at CarFest:
One booth size and price:

Is electricity required?
No, but if you need electricity for your booth we do provide it for an additional fee of $75.
Artisan booth hours*
Friday: 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Sunday: 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
During artisan booth operating hours, it is required that there is a presence of an employee or representative at the booth. Setting up of booths is only allowed on Friday, between 9:00AM and 4:30PM, and it is mandatory to keep them set-up until Sunday, 6:30PM.

Please ensure you are making the correct payment. Premium booth spaces are first-come, first-serve. If you are unsure of what counts as a premium booth, please email admin@carfestsa.org for clarification.
What you should expect at CarFest:
1. Fill out our Artisan Area Reservation Form (below)
2. Get application approved by CarFest Admin
3. Read & Sign Booth Contract
4. Pay Booth in full on or before March 15, 2024
5. Prepare for CarFest 2024
