What you should expect at CarFest:
One booth size and price:
10' x 10' - $50
Is electricity required?
No, but if you need electricity for your booth we do provide it for an additional fee of $75.
Young Entrepreneur booth hours*
Friday: 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Sunday: 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
During young entrepreneur booth operating hours, it is required that there is the presence of an employee or representative at the booth. Setting up of booths is only allowed on Friday, between 9:00AM and 4:30PM, and it is mandatory to keep them set-up until Sunday, 6:30PM.

What you should expect at CarFest:
1. Fill out our Young Entrepreneur Area Reservation Form (below)
2. Get application approved by CarFest Admin
3. Read & Sign Booth Contract
4. Pay Booth in full on or before March 15, 2024
5. Prepare for CarFest 2024
