The Community of Automotive Professionals, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, is excited to introduce Cars for Cash, a program designed to turn vehicle donations into impactful community support.
Each year, we host CarFest, a family-friendly car festival in San Antonio, Texas, with a mission of giving back.
Through Cars for Cash, you can now donate your car—no matter its condition—and help fuel initiatives that benefit those in need.
Why Donate Your Car?
By donating your car, you directly support our three key areas of giving:
Helping People in Need: We collaborate with local non-profits to repair donated vehicles for families who lack access to reliable transportation. These families are nominated by our non-profit partners, ensuring that the cars go to those who need them most.
Empowering the Community: During CarFest weekend, we give away 10 cars—one every two hours on both Saturday and Sunday. Anyone attending has a chance to win; they just need to be present to participate!
Supporting Automotive Education: Proceeds from Cars for Cash allow us to fund grants for auto trade schools, giving aspiring mechanics and technicians the opportunity to pursue their careers.

We’re open to almost any kind of vehicle donation! Whether your vehicle is in running condition or not, we gladly accept cars, trucks, trailers, boats, RVs, motorcycles, campers, off-road vehicles, planes, heavy equipment, farm machinery, and most other motorized equipment.
